Thursday Night Football Preview

             Thursday Night Football Preview
Maybe our best matchup yet on TNF We get a battle for 1st in the AFC south featuring the league's top run defense against Derrick Henry and the Titans run offense. Unfortunately for Henry managers in fantasy you might need to temper expectations. For the rest of the Fantasy options in this game I'll list where I'm comfortable starting them in their respective positions as usual.

QB1 Ryan Tannehill This is very borderline. He's basically a streaming option but I'd rather start guys like Goff or Big Ben (if healthy) over him. The Colts have been exposed to be somewhat weak against the pass. Tannehill and company should be able to take advantage of that.

RB1 Derrick Henry I already spoke about him in my intro. He's obviously a must start but against this defense of temper expectations.

WR1 AJ Brown It's not a good matchup but if you're going to attack the Colts it's through the air. Brown has solidified his WR1 status recently. I also believe he's yet to hit his ceiling. A big physical WR with his speed and playmaking ability is always a shot at overall WR1

WR3 Michael Pittman Jr I hate making these kinds of decisions on a Thursday. Pittman has produced in his two games back and Tennessee is a good enough matchup for him to take advantage. With TY Hilton expected back he moves down to more of a flex but I still like him the most of the Colts WRs. However, personally I'd prefer to see how things shake out over the week to see if there's a better WR3 option out there.

TE Trey Burton, Jonnu Smith on a day where Tannehill only completed 10 passed Jonnu caught 2 for 32 yds and a TD. I think they will involve him more this week and he should see more volume through the air. Trey Burton is the last (Healthy) man standing here of the colts TEs and they like to use him as a wildcat QB near the Goalline. I expect him to score a TD here tonight.

FLEX Jonathan Taylor,  Nyheim Hines, Corey Davis, Jordan Wilkins Take your pick of you need a flex this week. Taylor has the most upside in this group. I think he opens as the starter and if he's successful early can take control and have a great game. Problem is he's been inconsistent and is now fumbling. Hines offers a middling flex option in full PPR formats ONLY. Davis is a decent flex option but he's got a 0 point floor he exhibited last week. Wilkins is a gamble if you believe he takes the backfield over but I'm not risking the 0 this early in the week.

That will do it for the startable options tonight. You can roll out either defense here but I'm not excited about it. Hope you enjoyed this week's preview. As usual follow me @Chris_Cianci on Twitter. Enjoy the game tonight!!!
